A lifestyle photo session is an opportunity to be with your family, create new memories, and document and embrace the moment. This is more than a photo session - it is an experience.

Families look different for everyone. I want you to know you are seen and valued, and you deserve to have a special moment dedicated to you and your family.
The thing I love most about photographing families is the connection - connecting with my clients and the connections amongst family members. It is my goal and intention to foster an environment where you can be yourselves and ‘just be’ — be with your family and be in the moment.
My approach to photography is a blend of candid and posed images. I provide direction for the posed photos, but also allow space for you to make the session your own - and I take candids along the day. I enjoy the balance of stillness and movement - recognizing the value in slowing down, and the energy in moving your bodies and being playful. We can come up with fun activities to incorporate into your session, include places that are significant to your and your family, or choose a location where you can relax and enjoy the scenery.
Most importantly, this photo session is about you, your family, and your experience.
Pricing
$475
Includes family, couples, pregnancy, newborn, and pets.
This portrait session is meant to fit your needs and individual personalities and styles. It is a lifestyle, story-telling approach to document your lives and moments together as loved ones. We spend up to 1 hour together to allow space and time for everyone to get comfortable, and to capture many moods and moments - there will be time for playfulness, for stillness, and all the unplanned moments.
You can expect a collection of images that tell a little story of your family, including posed and candid images. You will receive a minimum of 100 photos.
What’s included:
Up to 60 minutes, minimum of 100 edited photos
Fully edited photographs, including basic retouching, if needed.
Personalized online gallery providing access to view & download your photos, as well as, order prints and other photo products from a professional lab.
Personal-use rights for printing and sharing photos.
Consulting prior to your session.
Travel up to 40 miles roundtrip of Minneapolis, with an additional travel fee outside of that radius.
Need extra time? $50 per an additional 30 minutes, which includes an additional 20 edited photos.
Extended Family Photos: The pricing above covers up to 8 people. There is an additional fee of $15 per person after that. Extended family sessions include more edited photos and many photo combinations, such as large group photos, photos of each individual family, grandparents with grandkids, etc.
Pregnancy & Newborn Photos: You will receive a $100 discount if you book both sessions!

When I say photos for every family, I mean it. If these prices are beyond your budget due to hardship, inequity or disparities, please contact me so we can discuss another option for you.

I want to provide this experience to as many families as possible, especially those who could really benefit from setting time aside just for them and their family, and having photos of their special moments together.
